The 45th Annual D J Basin Oilmen’s Golf Tournament will be held this year on
Saturday, September 7th at the Quail Dunes at Fort Morgan Golf Course in Fort Morgan, Colorado.
The tournament is again open to teams comprised of individuals currently affiliated with or retired from the oil & gas industry. Non-industry entries will only be considered if openings remain after September 1, 2019.
The tournament will be limited to 256 players in a four person best ball scramble format. There will be two shotgun starts of 128 players each-at 7:30 AM and at 1:00 PM. Team prizes will be awarded for both flights. Door & raffle prizes will be awarded following each flight. You MUST be present to win!!
The cost per player will be $100.00 this year which includes green fees, golf cart and numerous
door prizes. We will have various culinary teams cooking on the course this year. So, in addition to golf there will be plenty of great food to enjoy.
We are requesting sponsors to help make this 45th year of the tournament a huge success.
The hole sponsor fee is $125.00. All sponsors will be listed on the website, www.djbasingolf.com In addition, there will be individual sponsor signs placed around the golf course during the
Tournament and all sponsors will also be recognized at the awards ceremony. We would also like to encourage anyone to donate items that could be included in the “ditty” bags to be given to each team when they register on tournament day. We would like to encourage everyone to get their registration and sponsor fees in Early to insure
first choice of tee times. Once a start time is full, all other entries will be assigned to the second tee time. We are including with this letter a registration form and schedule of events. Please complete entire entry form, including participant names, email address and contact info. Completed forms will receive priority.
